How to check if your shock absorbers need to be replaced
1. Place the vehicle on a flat place, open the trunk lid, and manually press the sides of the trunk bottom or the front part of the vehicle. The vehicle will release after sustaining 2-3 jumps. Stopping after rebounding is considered a failure.
2. When driving at low speed and braking suddenly, if the car shakes violently and the human body feels uncomfortable, the possibility of damage to the shock absorber is very high.
3. Stop the car after driving about 16 kilometers on poor road conditions, and touch the shock absorber shell with your hands. If you feel that the shell temperature does not heat up or the temperature does not change significantly, it means that there is no resistance inside the shock absorber and the shock absorber is not working properly.
