The chassis suspension system is the general term for all force transmission connection devices between the car’s frame and axles or wheels. The main function of the suspension is to transmit all forces and moments acting between the wheels and the body, such as support force, braking force and driving force, etc., and to moderate the impact load transmitted to the body from uneven roads, attenuate the resulting vibrations, ensure the comfort of the occupants, and reduce the dynamic load of the cargo and the vehicle itself.
The ball shells of the outer tie rod ball head series products are made of 40Cr precision forged blanks, normalized and tempered, 100% flaw detected, and then precision processed.
Symptoms of damaged car ball joints include:
1. The car will make a clicking sound when driving on a bumpy road;
2. You can clearly feel the vibration of the wheels when driving at low speed;
3. The car may become unstable, sway left and right, and run off track while driving. In severe cases, it may even cause brake failure;
4. Damage to the swing arm, ball head, and rear tie rod will cause direction deviation, tire damage, and steering wheel shaking. In severe cases, the ball head may fall off, causing the wheel to swing off instantly. It is recommended to replace it in time to avoid safety hazards.
